To maximize the short- and long-term growth of The Oaktree has developed a growth triangle.

 
Toddler to K12 program with a built-in afterschool component, which we integrate with registered Pre-Apprenticeship and Apprenticeship. Once the students reach the University of South Carolina, College of Charleston The Oaktree will teach sophomores and seniors the about circular economy. For the Ph.D. students, we have a lab class program where the students who study energy do research assignments on our plants that align with the faculty’s focus and increased leadership training.

Energy Community Engagement
To ensure that the local community can feel safe, The Oaktree collaborates with Savannah River National Laboratory and the center of excellence, which supports The Oaktree in collaboration with local stakeholders. In partnership with South Carolina Research Authorities, The Oaktree will support new companies in power and biomanufacturing.
