The Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Herman Halushchenko, previously discussed with the Executive Director of the International Energy Agency (IEA), Fatih Birol, the restoration of the energy system after the massive Russian attack on August 26. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy. 

The discussions continued with The Oaktree and besides mass-produced Oaktree’s the discussion came to be about water-, and food security. The war isn’t just destroying Ukraine’s infrastructure, it is also polluting water and soil at large scale, something The Oaktree can support Ukraine with. The discussion is to continue in early October.
