Head of People & Culture
ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a Head of People & Culture (f/m/x) who will be the key driver in providing frameworks, guidance, and resources for our growth journey across the group companies.
With your actions, vision, and initiatives, team members should feel engaged, represented, and appreciated, while developing their career progression within The Oaktree group of companies.
Specify the primary objectives and task this role includes
- Drive the development, organization, and advancement of our People & Culture function
- Act as a Servant Leader for the People & Culture team that youโll be building over time in the field of People Operations, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Strategic Compensation, Incentives & Benefits, and Company Culture
- Contribute with your vision and forward-thinking attitude, agree on concrete goals, and thus monitor the success through an OKR framework
- Independently drive different projects such as hybrid working models, 6 months of parental leave, future recruiting trends, and career development
- Work closely with your peer senior leadership team and act as a business partner

KEY COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Core competencies – both technically and culturally competent,
- Proven experience in a Head of People & Culture โ or similar โ role preferably in a complex, fast-growing international tech environment
- In-depth knowledge of people-related concepts, methods, and best practices
- Track record of successfully initiating and leading strategic projects
- Always have the big picture on top of your mind when working on details and daily tasks
- Hands-on and collaborative mindset
- Ability to inspire your team members, stakeholders, and to build strong relationships
- Proactive personality that just love to get things done
- Strong ability to learn and adapt in a hybrid setup
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish is a benefit
